About the role As a Trojan Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the successful management of a diverse range of internal support and engagement programs. This role is ideal for those looking for flexibility and a great work/life balance. Adaptable starting/finishing times are available and the role is on a permanent part-time basis (5 days/week between 10am - 3pm). The commencement date for this role will most likely be in the new year (probably 15 January 2019). Key to your success will be your resilience, self-motivation and desire to achieve as well as your ability to work well autonomously. Role Responsibilities Reporting to the CEOs Executive Assistant, the roles responsibilities include: Providing close administrative support for the CEO. Providing general administrative support for the Executive Team and National Office when necessary. Coordinating the nation-wide Wage Subsidy Program. Office management - maintaining office supplies, corporate workwear purchasing, managing all staff travel arrangements, petty cash management etc. Event management - through board/executive team meetings, offsite workshops and the monthly staff engagement calendar. Skills and Experience As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have demonstrated administration experience over a period of three years . You will also be able to hit the ground running by demonstrating the following: Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment; A resilient, passionate and results-orientated personality; Ability to work closely with team members in a job share capacity; Capacity to pay close attention to details and enthusiastic creativity; Professional written and verbal communication skills; Upholding Trojans set of values, vision and daily habits and ability to approach the role in a positive and creative way; and Self-motivation and individual discipline to work autonomously and effectively.
