Temporary 3 week contract for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator Your new company This dynamic and friendly company is a large accountancy firm located in the Lower North Shore area. They are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator for 3 weeks. Your new role Performing general Receptionist duties as well as supporting other team members and promoting a positive team environment. You will be the first point of contact in our friendly team. You will also be responsible for: Organising mail Dealing with enquiries and uplifting issues Greeting visitors and clients upon arrival General administration duties such as scanning and filing Banking duties Ordering couriers when required Diary management General administration duties What youll need to succeed You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that can communicate with a diverse range of people.
