release fear with crystals

fear is one of the most destructive emotions in the spectrum of human emotions. it can have a devastating effect of our psyche. the society we live in today doesn't help relive our fears, and in many cases it only amplifies our sense of fear. it is an emotion that can be rooted deep in the psyche - and therefore can be supremely unsettling, anxiety inducing and downright paralyzing.  at the same time it’s often quite irrational and un-explainable.
